Meet your future colleagues!

" I support HDF Energy across several administrative areas including HR, general accounting, and Communication. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, I work closely with our Asia Pacific (APAC) team from recruitment and office management to coordinate with our HQ team for invoice processing. I enjoy being part of a collaborative and dynamic environment where I can contribute to smooth operations behind the scenes. Every day brings something new, and I love the challenge of keeping things organised and running efficiently. Plus, it’s great to be part of a mission-driven company that’s making a real impact in the energy sector! ”

After spending several years working in the oil and gas and mining sectors, joining HDF Energy gave me the opportunity to be part of the growing renewable energy industry, where I can contribute to a cleaner future while continuing to develop my skills in a meaningful way.

I hope HDF continues to stay focused and committed to advancing renewable energy. It's inspiring to be part of a company that is truly making a difference, and I believe this focus will lead to a better, more sustainable future for all of us. I also really value the diverse international team we have here. Even though we come from different cultures and backgrounds, the strong teamwork and mutual respect make it a truly great place to work. On top of that, HDF offers a healthy work-life balance, which allows me to stay productive while also having time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

At the Jakarta office, we have a simple but enjoyable ritual, having lunch together in our office pantry. It’s a great time to relax, chat, and share a few jokes. These casual moments really help strengthen our bond as a team and make the workday feel more connected and fun. Recently, we’ve also started playing badminton together after office hours from time to time, which adds a fun and active way to unwind and build team spirit outside of work.

" At HDF Energy, I’m responsible for defining the manufacturing strategy and resource planning for our fuel cell production.
Depending on the design of our products and production constraints, I determine the manufacturing methods and tools that are best suited for an efficient production.
My job also involves laying out the work areas and optimising the various flows in the workshop.
In the methods department, we work as a team and in collaboration with the various departments to meet needs as effectively as possible. "

" I’m a hydrogen technical expert at HDF Energy, involved in a wide range of responsibilities across the technical lifecycle of our projects. My work includes reviewing the design of hydrogen installations, participating in safety assessments, validating equipment sizing, and defining control strategies for individual units. In short, I ensure our systems are efficient, safe, and thoughtfully engineered.
What I like here is the freedom of initiative and the diversity of subjects. In a dynamic and friendly atmosphere, everyone can make their own contribution - and see the real impact of their work. "
