We are looking for our future Technical Project Manager to support the development of hydrogen and energy projects across various regions worldwide, particularly in the United States.
You will join a leading international player in the hydrogen-power & fuel cell sector, specialized in developing hydrogen infrastructure and 10-100 MW power plants for grids and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
Project Structuring
Contribute to the technical and strategic structuring of energy projects including process and power
Consolidate project documentation (schedule, budget)
Identify critical technical, bankability, performance risks in new concepts to optimize design
Support the implementation of administrative processes required for project execution
Technical Support & Analysis
Review and validate technical sizing of hydrogen-integrated power plants (reformer, fuel cells, BOP)
Perform technical simulations and sensitivity analyses to assess project feasibility and performance
Leverage Oil & Gas/process experience to support project design, execution strategies, and risk assessment
Analyze cross-functional opportunities, and propose action plans
Maintain proactive monitoring within your scope
Tendering
Participate in the preparation and drafting of responses to tenders and RFPs
Prepare RFQs for services when required during the development phase (permitting, engineering)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured, clear, and competitive technical proposals
Coordination & Communication
Produce clear, concise, and rigorous technical documentation
Simplify complex technical topics to convince internal and external stakeholders
Interact daily with internal teams and international/local partners
Work effectively in a multicultural, dynamic, scale-up environment
Profile
Engineering degree or equivalent (preferably in mechanical, process, or energy engineering)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (EPC, upstream, midstream, or downstream)
Experience working on large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure projects
Entrepreneurial, self driven culture
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt Oil & Gas/process expertise to hydrogen and new energy environments
Fluency in English
